My experience at this Hotel was basically good. The employees were great, hospitable, and very attentive with us. The food was great, and the sorrundings were clean and very quite. It is the perfect place for relaxation and perfect for a romantic get away...........
The only problems we encounter during our stayed were;
1. NO HOT WATER
2. THE A/C was loud as hell.

Made reservations by phone here for four days in November, confirmed with credit card, but when we arrived, late in the afternoon of our check-in date, we were informed they had a mayors' convention there and had no room for us. Furthermore the staff could not have cared less that we now had no place to stay that night. Basically rude and disagreeable. Also the facility appeared rather run down and - unless you are there on a mayors' convention, no alcohol is served. Go anywhere else - the Paradores are as a run perfectly lovely and the treatment is generally excellent so this was a stark exception.
