Restaurants Try Estacion. It is run by a young couple with experience in New York City restaurants and the food is really excellent.

hotel hire a cleaning crew to be constantly cleaning or mopping the water around the restaurants, clean the bathrooms, flush the tiolets, do something to prevent the doors from slamming so loud, re-paint the entire property, addd some updated new patio furniture near the elevators or sitting areas - everything had chips or stains. beach at palomino needed the sea weed raked daily!
