Terrible experience....

The room was dirty and I found bugs on the bathroom and beds. The "ocean view" was "construction view". We don't even stay one night there. No money back!!!!!!

They never return my money

I cancelled my reservation with this hotel on the time requiered by them. 2 weeks after they pulled the money out of my card account after they aproved my cancellation. almost 5 months have past, they dont want to refund my money giving all kind of excuses. Be aware of this type of hotel and their frauds with cards
