I have travelled to a number of Caribbean islands and I have found Jamaica to be one of the most beautiful places in the world. On my third trip to Jamaica I stayed at the Treasure Beach Hotel. The service that I got there was so bad. The staff were not friendly and the entire layout was very poor.I must say; that hotel needs to be under proper management, and needs some renovation. I would not recommend anyone to stay there unless they don't mind getting bad customer service or unpleasant meals to eat.

The staff needs to be properly trained

I had a terriable stay at the hotel. A girl at the check in counter claimed to be the receptionist but had no idea what the word meant and we had a hard time checking in. The room that we stayed in had a musty smell, the sheets were worn out, no hot water was in the bathroom, the AC did not work, there was no bulb in the bedside lamp,and the towels were badly stained. The service at the restaurant was so bad. They said that they had a jaccuzi however we were told that the jaccuzi was out of use for the past two years. These people are crazy because the things that they advertise on the internet are not the things that you get when you actualy go to the hotel. There is urgent need for improvement. I would not encourage anyone to stay there.

I never dreamed that customer service could be so bad.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel and we had a bad stay.When we arrived at the hotel it took the receptionist quite a while to find our reservation. She was telling us that it could be possible that we did not make reservation at that hotel.It took us about 45 minutes before she found it. When we were finished there, we were escorted to our room. The room had a terriable smell. My boyfriend went to the bathroom and there was no soap or tissue in it. I took up the telephone and tried to call the reception area however the telephone was not working.I had to go there myself when I spoke to the receptionist she said that they had run out of tissue and soap and the manager would be taking some to the hotel in the evening so she had no control over that. Later in the evening we went for dinner at the hotel restaurant when we got our dinner it was so cold and it was not properly prepared or presented.We went over to the pub to have a drink and I found a fly in my drink when I told the bartender he said that the fly may have died in the glass. I was so upset my boyfriend and I left and went to a store next door to purchase some tissue and soap because the manager came over and did not take any. When we got back I went into the bathroom to take a bath and there was only one bath towel. There was no hot water and the water pressure was quite low. The air condition was so noisy we could hardly sleep. The next day my boyfriend turned on the television and we could only get two channels and they said that there was satellite coverage. We went to the swimming pool and the water was dirty it was filled with leaves and pieces of plastic. The jacuzzi was out of use and the entire property was in a messy state. Oh God I was trilled when I left that place, my boyfriend and I had a bad vacation. Lets just say we wasted our hard worked money on rubbish.

The worst staff in the world.

The service could not be any worse and the place is infested with pests. I have never been to such a nasty hotel.
