We had a fantastic trip at the Crane Ridge Resort!

Our room was recently redone, staff were very friendly, pool was great! Everything was very close to the resort and we walked most areas.

I went to the Crain Ridge resort for my cousin's wedding in April and we were given the run around from the very beginning by a suspicious bag man. To make a long story short our hotel room was robbed, and over $1,400 U.S. was stolen from our hotel room we were never given, or event alerted of a safety deposit box or key available. There was no forced entry so it had to be one of the workers with access to the keys. The manager was rude and disrespectful to the entire wedding party. Do not go to this resort, it is not safe!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about The Crane Ridge Hotel, as a frequent traveller to JA, I hav estayed in alot of hotels, but had a great time here, the staff even let my husband have some of there authentic Jamican food as he is fellow Jamaican, very hospitable. The rooms were clean the pool was hot, staff friendly. Am going again in a couple of weeks.
