Poor reflection
There over New years 8 adults payed months in advance for beachside. Ended up across busy highway on gardenside. Manager gave us signed papers of what they will be paying us back for the over charge. 10 months later still nothing after many email from us and travel agent. Don't leave the place until they correct the bill, I'm sure it happens often.

Great Place
Was there for Xmas and New Years, came back in April 2005 and going back in 2 months (Xmas and New Years again) This resort is GREAT for single people and couples too. The food is great, the people are so friendly (Nadine and Howard my two favorites), it's a very safe place too, thanks to all the security guards (Dennis and company). The resort is right on the beach next to Alfreds so I was a happy camper. Worth it !!!
Booked and paid for this hotel 7 months in advance and when arrived was sent to sandals beaches. we were 2 single females wanting fun and had to stay at a family resort with children. was very upset but the resort was friendly and accomidations good but we only met "married" people. we were very dissappointed. Next time we will go elsewhere where we will get what we paid for.

It was great!
We stayed here for 8 nights. This was our second visit to Jamaica. It was great! The staff was great! Carla, Garth, Andrew, Tony and Nadine all were great bartenders. Kim, Carlton & Joseph were great waitress & waiters. The food was great. The rooms were simple but clean. The beach was very clean and the sunsets were awesome. The snorkeling at the reef is awesome, just ask for Salvador & Slinky, operators of a glass bottom boat, next door at Alfred's. We will definitely be going back again.
