Accomodations and staff
We were very impressed with our room which we crossed the street to get to from the beach, to catch the bus, dining, bar, etc.,. our private room was surrounded by well cared for gardens and well trained, VERY friendly staff. We look forward to our next stay!

Great staff, good place, great location
We had a wonderful time loved the friendly staff and the amazing beach. Everything is close but still in the hotel you feel as if you are in quite peaceful place. Just great.

I Always Return
I am going to Negril Gardens a few weeks from now, in June. This will be my sixth time to Jamaica and my fourth time to Negril Gardens Resort. It is wonderful. I always stay on the Gardenside. The Beachside has the bar. If you don't mind the partying later into the night that's great too. The staff is wonderful, the food is very good and the rooms and grounds make you feel like you are in a tropic paradise. And guess what. . . .you are! It's a beautiful, colorful resort, the beach is heaven on earth and it is located walking distance to the Times Square Shopping Mall. The other shopping is a short cab ride. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. Both Negril and this resort are bliss!

Laid back holidays with a feeling like home
The place was great. We were 4, 2 of us stayed beachside and 2 garden side. All 4 we were happy with our rooms simple but with all the facilities that are necessary. Only disadvantage was the luck of fridge in the room.
Great staff specially Dewar and Andrew from the bar and from the restaurant Kevin and Marvette.
Well located on the beach and close enough to the village. Actually in a privilege spot. Security is very strict in Negril gardens but as they say, it is for your safety. At least the guards are very polite when they ask you things, like writing down your room number and name when you go out of the hotel anytime in the day or night...
I would go back gladly to this hotel and to Jamaica.

Don't change a thing
I have stayed at Negril Gardens 4 times. I think it is a magical place. It is now owned by Sandals Resorts and I hope they don't ruin the magical feel it has, by adding to many ammenities and please don't add playgrounds and waterslides. That's what Beaches is for. This hotel is very quiet and layed back. You feel like you are in a living fairy tale. The staff is friendly (unlike the big resorts the people here actually talk to you and you become friends). I love the people and the feel of Negril Gardens. I am a single woman and feel safe and even loved by the people here without feeling like a prisoner. It is centrally located and the perfect place for any single traveller to unwind, party and relax.
