Watch out
When we checked in last week, a sliding window in room 1A did not latch (no latch) and when I opened it and looked outside, there was a cement block for a step into the room, and a path through the bushes to and from that window. When I asked the man showing us the room, he stated "no problem” We got into a cab, went to Alfred’s and had a great (and safe, secure) week. Avoid this place, unless you like sharing your room (and valuables) with a room creeper

Feels like home!!
We have been visiting Jamaica for 12 years.. I always told my husband that my dream vacation would be to go to jamaica! Someone told us that if you go to jamaica, go to Negril, it's the most beautiful! We were told to stay at a place on the cliffs, but I said I loved the beach. We were blessed to find Footeprints on the Sands...We love the Footes like family! I can't imagine a year without our friends and "family", in Negril..We love and miss you all!!! Julie&Joe

Misleading descriptions on the internet
It is a rundown hotel run by unfriendly staff. Limited selection on their restaurant menu. Contrary to what they publish on the internet, no hair dryer, no coffeemaker. The only good thing going for this hotel is that it is on the 7-mile stretch of white sandy beach.
