Terrible Service and Food.

I been to a lot of excellent hotels in Dr. The Azurro's service is the worst, the food is not fresh, the rooms smell bad, old towels, the rooms are very small, no mirrors in the rooms, the toilets and tubs don't have water pressure. All the amenities they mentioned they have are not true. They only have one Italian Restaurant and the others they were never open. The same pasta they serve at the buffet they also have it at the famous Italian Restaurant. The staff is very pleasant, but the hotel really needs some renovation. We paid a lot of money for this vacation and really there are other hotels in the area with better service and less money. Only soda is included in the minibar. The alcohol that is served at the bars is very cheap. The snack bar served old food. I hope not to offend anyone with this review, but people should be careful when purchasing all this inclusive deals.
