| Worst hotel ever |
| This was the worst hotel ever I have ever stayed in. I have traveled extensively all over the globe, and to think that this hotel was highly recommended by a friend of my sister in law who spend her vacation a couple of years agao at this resort(???) It was a shame that I wasted my time and money on this run down hotel. Staff was not not very helpful, from the front office, to housekeeping, eventhough I have to say that one of the bellmen(don't recall his name) has been extremely helpfull. Imagine your staying in a hotel room that smells of mould, the bath tubs faucet comes out in your hand, roaches having a fiesta in your room(oh yes) Having to wait two wait two days for an iron and ironing board. I also work in the hospitality industry for over twenty years, and I have ever seen something like this. Restaurant taff seem not to care, they are not people friendly and clearly lack a lot training, if I was a restaurant manager for example I woyuld have a field day fixing all of the mess that I have seen there. Some of the cook and wait staff were very friendly though, but are lacking a lot training. On several occasions tried to get the attention of the Front Off ice manager, but she was always to busy to handle guest complaints, front office staff were rude(can't blame them with the so many complaints they were getting). One of the things that I found admirable that some of the staff seem to speak multiple languages, as I observed a lot of european tourists. The facilities are run down. The beach is not so great. All in all not worth the money you ahve spend. This resort needs a total makeover from top management to staff. NOT RECOMMENDED! |
