| Worst hotel ever |

This was the worst hotel ever I have ever stayed in. I have traveled extensively all over the globe, and to think that this hotel was highly recommended by a friend of my sister in law who spend her vacation a couple of years agao at this resort(???) It was a shame that I wasted my time and money on this run down hotel. Staff was not not very helpful, from the front office, to housekeeping, eventhough I have to say that one of the bellmen(don't recall his name) has been extremely helpfull. Imagine your staying in a hotel room that smells of mould, the bath tubs faucet comes out in your hand, roaches having a fiesta in your room(oh yes) Having to wait two wait two days for an iron and ironing board. I also work in the hospitality industry for over twenty years, and I have ever seen something like this. Restaurant taff seem not to care, they are not people friendly and clearly lack a lot training, if I was a restaurant manager for example I woyuld have a field day fixing all of the mess ...
