Bad location, far from everything. Unkind staff except people in the stores of the hotel. Too expensive, not what you expect from a 4-star hotel, damp everywhere. Spacious rooms but not a nice smell. Short of water most of the time. A pool that was never open for different reasons and weird excuses. A gym that is NOT included in the price. Internet access but too expensive. Only good thing was breakfast. Definitely not a good place to stay.
