I've stayed at Seafoam 3 times now. My now husband and I went there for our first trip in 2003. You can't get any closer to the beach. The condos have full kithen appliances, TV, coach, etc. You can watch beautiful sunsets from your balcony. The grocery store is right around the corner. "The Gap" area with great dining, street vendors, etc. is walking distance away. Awesome service, cleanliness, staff. My only complaint - it is a little dated, but on our last trip in 2007 they had renovated. They definitely keep things clean though.
