The straw market is a trip, don't be rude when the ladies ask you to buy something write from the start, say you are looking at first and go on, you will eventually stop and buy. Do barter, they love it! Get on the #10 bus in town and go to the Fishfry for a good lunch, a bit pricey but the food is good as well the lemonade!
