I wouldn't know how the Romora Bay Club is because I booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived we had no reservation and the hotel was full. We ended up staying at some shithole down the road which completely ruined our vacation. The hotel said that that happened all the time with Hotels.com. Of course we got nowhere trying to contact Hotels.com so we gave up.
