Fun in the sun When coming to this destination. Please unwind from your hectic and busy life from were ever you come from, relax and have a great time. There is a lot to do to your hearts content. Not much of night life(maybe Carlos & Charlies if you like tequila :-)

traffic lights pay attention to the light IN FRONT of the intersection. Unlike US traffic lights, in Aruba the light that matters is IN FRONT of the intersection, i.e. right ABOVE you. Too many people look at the light on the other side of the intersection and get into accidents

Aruba's bus service was great. Also you can use some of the free shuttles The Arubus ran roughly every 15 minutes or so for $1.30 each way or $2.30 round trip. But in the low-ride district, you can also use the Divi shuttles (these look like golf cards) to get around. These run from the Alhambra Casino to the Divi Dutch resort, and some go even further. The Divi Dutch is across the street from the major grocery stores (Super Food, Certified, Kong Hing), which are walking distance (15 mins or so) to downtown Oranjestad.
