Top Local Tips for Hoi An

Loved Hoi An!!! It's very touristy, but totally charming! I would love to go back! The beach is fabulous, the shopping is great, the people are friendly, and the food is fantastic! We spent on an average $10 per meal for the 2 of us.....a couple of beers each, an appetizer, 2 entrees, and rice. Many restaurants have a prix fixe option......$4 or $5 dollars per person for a 4 course meal. Spend a week in Hoi An and a new wardrobe sewn for you by the expert tailors there....shoes too!

taxis are expensive to the airport in danang. Hotel charges $18 US. this is a good one. About 4km from the main town. They have a shuttle 5 times a day to and from town.
