I have stayed at the Saigon Hotel dozens of times over the years and would not stay anywhere else in Hanoi. It's not luxurious, but it is well run, the staff speak very good English, the location is unbeatable, and the rooms are big. Every room has high speed interenet. The airconditioning works wel. The restraurant serves great food.l
