Perfect value for money, the room size is absolutely ok but a little old stylish. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is good (not loud and overcrowded but easy to reach the attracted places by walking distance). The breakfast is more than ok. Would stay again in this hotel!

This is a perfect hotel for staying and have a nice time in Hanoi, located close too the Hoam Kiem Lake and easy too go everywhere from here, the breakfasts are successful and the service great, so I hardly recommend this hotel.

Almost everything was different from reality. Rooms was very narrow without window and very dirty. Staff was so rude as they pushed us to book the tour with them... Keep away from this hotel.

The staff are impossible to deal with! They basically don't care at all. Had too many probs, left early and was overcharged! Cleanliness was a disaster. I would never return.

We booked this hotel on the strength of other reviews and we weren't disappointed! My friend and I were two single travellers and feel the Queen Star Hotel was set up for us as well as any other kind of traveller. Owners were always available to help whether it was advice on tours or local tailors. It was ideally located on the centre of Old Quarter Street where there was many handmade shops, restaurants and bars, and look forward to visiting them both again

We had a great time here at Queen Star hotel. Great staff and very friendly service. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Really good location!!! about 2 minutes walk to the lake... surrounded by great restaurants and bars.. and easy access to markets and war museums. I would definately reccommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to Hanoi!!!
