This hotel is a gem absolutely loved it. It was so cheap compared to other.
The staff were amongst the friendliest we encountered in Hanoi very helpful advise and booked trips or courses no problem. Within walking distance of everything
breakfast lovely and fresh, free internet overall fantastic, highly recommended.

Queen Star Hotel was very accommodating ....we check out was at 2.00 pm but we arrived at the hotel at 8.00am in the morning and they let us check-in early without being charged. Buffet breakfast was great with western or Vietnamese food!
Location is great, close to all shops, Church is walk able from the hotel .... takes about 05 mins. Hotel is also very clean, and rooms are cleaned daily. Service is great, staff are very friendly and always greet you everyday as well of the cleaners.... Highly recommended, and would definitely stay again with no doubt!

When I arrived the staff were very friendly and helped me as my bag was delayed by the airline.. The staff were very keen to offer any assistance that they could and always said good morning. All in all this is a very good Hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Stayed there for 7 nights and would stay there again next time I'm in Hanoi as I found it to be so convenient as I could walk everywhere and feel safe by myself.

My experience was rather pleasant. The room was OK, the service was nice, they had a free and convenient internet service by the lobby, and the hotel was conveniently located in the centre, nearby the Dong Xuan Market – the biggest local market in Hanoi. I would have stayed one or two more nights if I'd had the time.
