We have nothing but praise for this hotel. As per all other reviews hotel staff were extremely helpful and totaly trustworthy. We stayed 5 nights split by 2 trips to Ha Long Bay and Sapa. Hotel booked both trips (which i would recommend) and all rooms were great. I don't think you will have any issues with this hotel. Rooms very good, breakfast good and staff excellent.
