The staff are impossible to deal with! They basically don't care at all. Had too many probs, left early and was overcharged! Cleanliness was a disaster. I would never return

Rooms were very clean and new; and pricing was great value for money. Staff were very friendly and genuinely service oriented - helps that its runned by a family - and made me feel at home.

Top Local Tips for Hanoi
travelling with children taking a baby to Hanoi is hard work - but not to be a reason to avoid Hanoi. I recommend not taking a pram/stroller but using a sling/backpack. You can get boiled water at most restaurants catering to tourists.The local people love children and we found that our hotel staff would come and hold the baby so that I could eat breakfast.
