This was our second time to stay in just 12 months! For us it was more than adequate as far as the location/accommodation and cleanliness were concerned. The breakfast is ok. The staff are very obliging and helpful. Great value for money.

Hanoi Queen 2 Hotel is very good value for money. The hotel itself is just a couple of minutes walk literally to the main attraction places. We had a lovely view from our room which is recommended!! The food at breakfast is excellent. The room itself is nice, the only thing it could do with is the walls to be decorated but this didnt ruin the holiday!! I would definitely go there again, it is such good value for money, service is good and the location is excellent.

Good clean accommodation with friendly helpful staff. Excellent location for shopping, transport and eating. Would stay again.

Beautifully furnished hotel in Chinese style, excellent location in Hanoi's historical quarter and nice breakfast buffet included, this is definitely a great value for money!

"A nice hotel and well located to the old town with a short walk to the markets and restaurants, There was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor so elderly would find it hard. The room was fine,and quiet, The did do good breakfasts and the free shuttle to airport was always on time. In all a clean room with air conditioning, so it was good value. The room was starting to look a bit old and in need of an update or at least a paint job."

Top Local Tips for Hanoi

Getting on and off buses They don't stop, only slow down a little. Put on your running shoes and get ready to jump on and off at your destination. Take some small change for a ticket

Taxis Call a cab, don't hail one. We used Hanoi Taxi (Tel 8535353). They are efficient and fast. Best this is they use the meter.

You can get a deal! after my terrible experience here, i walked over to the Hanoi Elegance on Ma May, to see if they had any rooms. they gave me a very nice! room for $44! i have found that going into a hotel is the best way to get a deal.
