RUNNING AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL QUICKLY

We saw alt of insect, rats, mouse running here and there in the hotels. Rooms was small and dirty. Toilet seemed not to be cleaned from the independent 1975. Awfully hotel and running quickly. We recommend the Morning Star Hotel for their high quality and good price.

"I made the booking while still in Sapa and emailed my train details. I received a call two hours later saying they would pick me up. I arrived at 8am the next day and someone stood outside the station with a board with my name on. The taxi there was free. The room (ready straight away) was as described, quiet, clean and comfortable. The internet was free and the breakfast OK. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When they saw me making a booking for the next place, they insisted I print out the confirmation for free. On checking out, I was charged the correct amount, a taxi was arranged to pick me up, and they phoned the next hotel at my request to confirm it for me. It's a good place with great staff, and I'm happy to recommend it."

Wonderfully cheerful and helpful staff. Hoang, one of the staff, went out of his way in securing plane tickets for me. Great location, with plenty of affordable restaurants and cafes nearby. Short motorbike ride to the Hochiminh Mousoleum. My room was big and clean. Should definately recommend this place

Great hotel all the way,the free airport pick up, staff, room, incl breakie, location,...ect. Great value for 22 bucks!

This is one of the best hotels i've stayed by far! It is so well-located, right in the busy area of the old town, closed to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Water puppet theater. Room is spacious and clean, with lovely balcony, breakfast and internet incl, which are good, friendly and helpful staff,....
