Good location, kind staff

We stayed here in the first two nights and last two nights of our 10 days trip in Hanoi during mid October. The staff are always very warm and hospitable. Breakfast and coffee were good too. The hotel is very conveinently located, just a min to the Hoem Kiem lake and several mins to the old quarter.
Overall, lovely hotel and thoroughly recommended!

I must say : excellent service and great staff i've ever seen before. The room was clean and comfortable. we paid 25$ per night but we get 5 stars service with big breakfast, I like Pho in this hotel,so good.... it is also in shopping center and water Puppet theater . I would like to recommend this hotel for all.i will coem back this hotel on this December.

Holiday Hotel is the best place I have stayed in Vietnam. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always smiling...nothing was too much for them

excellent location, it is in center. When we arrived we had to wait 2 hours for check in, little bit tired but the staffs have done good job for us in satisfied.Room was tiny and clean. Thank you

very friendly staffs. Great location if you are into shopping - a walk to all the shopping center and tourism center. The room is clean and the air-con effective.

i'm old man. i have been this hotel many times. i must to say : they do the good job and excellent business. very clean and quite room . i would recommend this hotel for all my friend if they have plan to visit Vietnam

Top Local Tips for Hanoi

On the meter Make sure you request all trips in taxis to be 'on the meter'. Don't go anywhere unless you know it works if you want to avoid a fight.

Hanoi was terrible for traffic Hanoi was so nice but very noisy with terrible traffic. Sgopping aws so good with reasonable price. Honinian were so kind and friendly and here must be a good place for traveler.

Rip-off You should ask the price in advance ( cannot believe in the metre), showing 10.000VND but the driver can charge you double.
