Visitor's Centre Ha'apai Tongans are friendly, softly spoken and happy to assist travelers. We found this to be so wherever we went in Tonga. In the village people gave us directions for catching the local bus, and the visitors centre arranged a taxi for us on departure. It cost T$25.
