Used as a base while scuba diving in Similan Islands. Rooms better than any other I have stayed in, clean and well serviced. Staff polite and helpful, will stay here again next visit. The best part is you can walk to the beach, nightlife areas without having to put up the noise at night.

Beautiful swimming pool. Extra large room with balcony, very clean with great room service. Good aircon and clean bathroom. Staff friendly and accommodating. American/Thai breakfast more than adequate. Perfect location if you want to be out of the bussle, but within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, markets and night life. All in all a very good stay at a very affordable price.

Beautiful swimming pool,lovely friendly and obliging staff and large rooms with balconys and a nice view if high enough to see over the coconut trees. Reasonably priced and tsunami safe but only a ten minute stroll to the beach.
Highly recommended especially for long stays.

Top Local Tips for Phuket

Excellent Dining! If you are visiting Patong, make sure you go to lunch or dinner at Subai Subai which is in a laneway off the main street just before McDonalds. The food is excellent and the staff have exceptional customer service and very quick. I can certainly recommend the Shrimp & Calamari Pepper & Garlic dish along with the Thai Shrimps with Chilli Sauce! Hey, even their white wine tasted ok. There were always people waiting to dine at the restaurant and all the other restaurants in the laneway empty!

Great Nightlife on Bangla Road Go to Tiger Disco on Bangla Road. It's amazing. For gay travelers, go to Kiss Bar near the Royal Paradise Hotel (the best drag ever).
