Soi baht taxis...these are the little trucks running all around Pattaya Generally you can get around most of the major streets here in Pattaya in the Soi baht truck taxi's. Beware...they run in two modes...there are the offical one's that are going along a predefined route (and definitely feel free to ask where they are headed before you get on) which only cost 10 baht (you hit a little buzzer when you want to get off), and then there are the one's that are randomly picking up falangs (foreigners) and offering a variable rate to get to your destination....these one's can cost a lot more obviously, but they will take you to your destination, no problem. Beware you can get severely overcharged if you are in a remote place or can't bargain very well. They generally run until fairly late 2-4am and start again 6-8am in the morning. Good luck!
