I spent 3 nights at the hard Rock Hotel with my daughter and 2 girlfriends in October 2008. We were made to feel very welcome right from check-in. The staff are fantastic. They cant do enough for you and always make sure you are enjoying yourself. Thank you especially to Eddie, Manager. He greeted us every morning for breakfast, which I will add was amazing. We all loved the decor and memoribilia around the hotel. The rooms where lovely and we got a free upgrade to an oceanview. The staff at the pool and bar were all very friendly and we enjoyed the swim up bar every night. The hotel is excellently located across the road from the beach and a 2 minute walk in either direction will lead you to great shops and food. The day we checked out, the staff all came to say good bye and have a last photo with us. We will never forget our stay, we only wish we had stayed longer. Thank you again to our new friends, see you again.

Pattaya attractions Well known for it's night life and entertainment. Families with small children may want to pick good hotels and spend most of their time in or around the hotels. Alternatively, Hua Hin would be a more quiet destination for the family.

taxis dont be afraid to get out if you dont like the price

Beach and street dirty I would never go to Pattaya again, the beach is terrible, the streets are broken and smell of drains and it is full of dirty old men with speedos and tatoos.
