My husband and I were recently in Phuket and stayed in this hotel. We stayed at their Mini Suite for 4 days. The room was spacious and had this sitting area next to the balcony. I think it is great when you just woke up and needed some time to just pull yourself together from the sleepiness because you get lots of sun just sitting there. We had a nice view of Patong beach from our balcony. We were in the 15th floor. The bathroom is small compared to other hotels we've been and we had difficulty adjusting the temperature of the shower to our desire. There is a wide variety of food to choose from in their breakfast buffet. Everything was delicious plus the fact that the restaurant is beside the pool makes the breakfast experience relaxing. The hotel is also walking distance to the beach and to the nightlife. We are definitely going back to Phuket and stay here again.

Sam If you walk down the small alleyway near the tennis courts which takes you to the street close to the shopping there may be a man sitting there who runs a taxi service at very reasonable rates. His name is Sam and he used to own a hotel however it was destroyed by the Tsunami and unfortunately the government grant finished before he could get the chance to have assistance with rebuilding. A very humble and lovely man. He is happy to take you anywhere.

very wet weather August is Very very wet. When it rains here it doesnt stop. I have very rarely seen so much rain. If you visit Phuket go when it is not the rainy seaon.

Cheap eats Every night at the end of the road where The Andaman Beach Suites is located there are Thai food stalls that get set up at about 6pm onwards. Great cheap food.
