My daughter and I stopped at the hotel last week, July 07,we found the hotel to be quite old and the rooms a bit run down, but the staff were the best we have ever meet. They make the hotel. We were both taken ill outside Bangkok and had to go into hospital, we were very worried, we phoned the hotel in the morning, as we did not know what to do. The Manager, Mr Feaver came to the hospital to meet us and bring us back to the hotel, it was a round trip of 6 hours, he brought us food and only charged us only 1000 baht for the petrol, That is what I call service, he also made sure we got everything we wanted a brought us back to the airport free of charge. If you give an award pls give it to him. The food was good and also the free tuk tuk, I will stop here again

The hotel is an old hotel, but they have the best staff I have ever found in Hotel in Thailand, the pool service is good and the new outside bar. The rooms need a coat of paint, but the new western Manager Jon, Told me that it is planed for next year. The price, standard of breakfast and the Mnager make it worth while.

Tried to book this hotel over the phone. Prices were not as described and the service was awful. The person was nothing short of rude and extremely unhelpful! Be warned!!!

Khao San cold beer 7 eleven never has cold drinks. If you want a cold beer go a few stores down to family mart. If you want a cold diet coke go to Boots.

The manager and staff these people made our holiday,they made us feel that they cared,and they did their best everyday,they give free travle advice,also tips that save u money,by not booking somethings at the hotel,not many people would do that
