Getting around Most shop owners and taxi drivers do not speak English, it is always wise to have what you want, ie address etc, written in Chinese, the night markets are fascinating one stall has snakes, the next is selling sex aids! but I found no stalls selling anything in English, books, magazines, no dvd's had English subtitles.
