I've been to a lot of hotels in Sri Lanka and this one was by far the worse one. It definitley is not a five star...I would give it a three star rating with a five star prices. It is not up to the value that we paid for. Rooms spacious but not well managed and not clean and no proper view. No proper space out side the hotel. Limited to a small out door lounge and dirty pool area. No proper lawn. The food was also not upto the standards. There was nothing much that we could do there. We just wanted to get over with the night and go back home.

I would not recommend this hotel for people who would like to have space, good service and nice food.
