I was gravely disappointed with the beach. It was dirty and not well- maintained. I informed the staff about it but did not get any substantive response.

We enjoyed our stay so much. We are trying to go again. Staff were brilliant. Can't fault it.

We paid to come in and swim in the beach, then we found syringes in the beach, fifteen of them, we asked for a refund and complained, they say they knew about the syringes but did not bother cleaning or telling us! This establishment puts people's health in jeopardy. I will make a formal complaint. I have photos to prove the negligence of Puerto Azul. And we wonder why foreigners laugh at the Philippines! Mahiya kayo!
