people of manila manila is very nice place to do shopping and enjoying selfe,but there is on problem that i encounter,they will look at you every where you go ,don,t be suprise if enter cafe and people stop eating and start watching you for at least one min. sometimes they whisper themselfs then look back to you.they should be more culterized.every thing els i found manila very cheap ,very safe,people very friendly
