This hotel is great! we stayed here for about 2 weeks in total and loved it. This isn't the first time I have been to this hotel either. The service is great, we had a full air-conditioned room with a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out all the time, the TV worked perfectly and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel is also a few minutes walk from Robinson's Plaza, which is a great shopping mall. I highly recommend this hotel for people on a tight budget but also wanting great service and a tidy place to stay.

My wife and I are staying here while we wait for her visa interview at the US Embassy. For us it's great because the embassy is right accross the street. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and actually better than I anticipated it to be. Even though the bed is old it reminds me of camp when I was a kid hehe, it's still comfortable. I am not a very bold traveler so I am one of those americans who carry tape with me to seal the windows etc. But no need here. No bug problems and the air conditioner works great. We are staying in a studio type room for one month. For anyone looking for a great view of the bay, you may want to look somewhere else. The building's narrow end faces opposite of the bay, but we still get a great view of the city and some of the water\Roxas Blvd. We are on the 12th floor and hardly hear any of the local hang outs\bars at night. Even on the weekends. All in all this is a great place to stay for people on a budget.

Top Local Tips for Manila

Take a Taxi At the Boulevard Mansion , they are very careful about which taxi you get into. Security is right there all the time and they watch out for you. To take the wrong taxi in Manila can be risky, but the hotel makes sure of who has you and they only allow certain trusted drivers to pick up there.

A well kept secret I would stay here again, and plan to, in the near future!!! Just Hope my review, which is a Honest One, doesn't affect t the price, or have the Hotel booked full!!! My advise to travelers; look before you buy!!

Boulevard Mansion There is so much to see just even from your room as it overlooks the bay.Everything you need is just a 10 minute walk from your hotel.
