Price was reasonable. The hotle is in a Spanish style.
Staff friendly and helpful.
The only drawback is the location which is not convenient for shopping or eating/entertainment/cinemas etc
 

Top Local Tips for Makati City

Leaving the international airport One major ripoff is that after departing NAIA you have to take an expensive airport taxi. Simply go upstairs (tell the security guards you need to take a city taxi) to get a taxi at a much lower rate.

Know Your Bearings Always, or as much as possible do some preliminary research about the location in Metro Manila that you intend to visit. For example, pinpoint major locations of shopping malls, govt. offices, major businesses using resources like google earth or a hand map. Ask quick questions from people who you come in contact with like, strangers who say "hello", cashiers, waiters and waitresses, etc. Ask them about prices and travel times in taxi. I never been in a place where I feel like such a money target.
