There is also the opportunity to take a ride on the "zip line" on the hill (better known as flying fox or omega). It's an exhilarating and fun ride, sending you "zipping" along a cable from one side of the valley to another. The cost is 200 pesos (4 USD). I did it twice.

Not Much to See in Legazpi You can pretty much see everything in one day. There's really not much to see here except the majestic Mayon volcano and the Cagsaua Ruins. That's about it. There ARE a few other attractions or "tourist spots" that might interest some people but these are places that you can see somewhere else like a claypot/vase factory, a small house where they make bolos, and a small roadside market selling woven goods. If you simply want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then Legazpi is the perfect place. They also have a lot of beaches nearby where you can relax and unwind.
