I paid my stay daily, and ask for towels then. Out of 7 day stay, I receive one set of clean towels. Every time I ask they were very respectful and said yes they would bring it, but I never saw it. Also the price of the meal were going up on the daily basis. I ask for an extra butter for my toast. They gave me a spoon of it, but I was charged 45 pesos which equivalent to a dollar. What a rip off. I am a good tipper so they were constantly saying hello, but they treated my guests like they were invisible.
