Prices are very reasonable, most especially on foods they were serving. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Filipinos are treated badly

Th El Dorado Beach Resort in Dauin/Dumaguete treated my Filipino relatives badly. They were made to feel unwelcome at the resort. I mentioned this problem to the owners and I was advised that Filipinos were not the type of cutomers that they wanted. I will never go to the El Dorado Beach Resort in Dauin/Dumaguete.

The price of food is okay, and there are some dishes that are quite good. Everything's made to European/German taste, so you probably won't eat anything authentic Asian. There are no restaurants around, so you basically have to rely on the restaurant food. You can also eat in the resort next door - Pura Vida.
The advertised free airport transfers are a joke. They took us to the airport at 6am for a 9am flight. They only go at that time, because the owner's daughter has school in Dumaguette. We had to wait for an hour for the airport to open.
We stayed in the resort Pura Vida which is right next door to eldorado in a standard room for two nights before. It was more expensive 2900 per night, but it included a buffet breakfast. It was much better value for the money. More spacious, better rooms, professional service. The food at Pura Vida is more expensive though.
Overall, Eldorado didn't meet our expectations and we were diappointed with our stay there.
