Turned to be a sorry visit. Haven't seen such a state of poor maintained resort. Service trying to get there. Bloody terrible hostess. Communication break downs. Restaurant, poor food and stale products.

Sorry, have never been so messed up in my years of travel, compared to the experinces at Kulau Dive Resort. In all my concerns the owner lady, stated there are other hotels in Kokopo to go to. I checked out the same day I arrived.

We regret visiting Kulau Resort. The sewer were just all over the room. The service very poor and state of building apalling. No sense of OSH. The owner was just unhelpful and unprofessional.

Good to see the changes and the improvements. Lovely view and lovely place for culture lovers. People are good. Steak is good and accommodation, just comfy

The weather was great with view and basic hand-ons. The staff added flavour to the resort. Place has improved, nothing major. Price reasonably low

The place was fantastic, the host beautiful and service was just great. Food and accommodation was just the best. IT IS THE BEST PLACE IN RABAUL, BETTER THAN THE REST. Has been redone and Mrs Leggett was just GOORRRGEOUSSS... Loved the place

The place need fixing. One thing that stood out was the staff. Unhelpful owner, food not up to standard, uncooked steak in one instance.

The view is spectacular. Not a place to recommend, especially with plumbing, fax and phone inadequacies. Not for business travellers. Always misinformed. Service is friendly, but owner is arrogant. Not to be recommended.

Did not like how service was rendered and the faults and break downs were never ending. The Location is good. The owners are not bothered for maintenance. Just cheap repairs that keep things breaking down.
