The rooms are stuffy and small 70"s decor pay extra for air con and you need air con because there were 2 tiny little windows that let no fresh air in. The reception never had anyone there you had to ring the bell 10 times to get anyone. The hotel boasts a resturaunt and bar which would be great if they were ever open. Infact I was there for 4 days and the restaurant opened once although the food was awesome! Shame the place never opens the restaurant doors much. Reception guy who would have been all of 17 yrs old at the most needed to work on his customer service found him smug, very rude and spoke down to people. rooms seem to need some maintainance done...Waste of a resource would be a lovely hotel if the place was just looked after properly and have a better management team. As it was the duty manager wears scruffy t'shirts and surf shorts at the desk which just shows how much pride he takes in himself and his workplace. No wonder I will never go back there again!!
