Get 2 passport photos and US$ At the immigration the on-the-spot visa requires a photo. There is a guy with a black and white Polaroid charging you a high price for two off-the-jet mugshots of you. Save some money by bringing your own. Beware of the bank/immigration officer. I was overcharged a few dollars for my visa--she kept the change from the conversion. The lady in front was almost charged A$220 for a visa. She is a regular visitor so she told the lady--sorry, that must be an error. A newbie might have paid up.
