TRIP TO MALE Male - the capital city of the Maldives: We went on this 4 hour trip from the island & personnally I would not recommed going there - unless you feel the urge to go shopping (even then, be careful about being ripped off in one of those cheap tacky tourist trinket shops). The fish market was quite interesting, but otherwise, I would avoid a trip here - stay on your lovely iskand instead & enjoy another 4 hours of swimming etc.
