Great location, very friendly staff, the roof top was brillaint and the views were great from the pool. Very reasonably priced hotel

Pulau Pinang or Penang Island Malaysia my 1st business trip of the year, in conjunction of the lunar chinese new year 2009

Book by day instead of per trip As the taxis at the airport are all monopolised by those white cabs, it's best to take a short trip to nearest attraction (snake temple), then get your pre-arranged other taxis (which you book full day) to pick you up. imagine a 10 minute ride from airport to snake temple costs RM24, but a 6 hours full day island trip costs only $150? its a ripoff.
