The landscaping is the only thing worth coming here for. The lobby and the rooms are gloomy and dingy, the lifts don't work. The fans and the phones in the room don't work, the kettle doesn't work, there is no hot water to shower with. Forget about watching tv (there's only one channel and that is fuzzy), the breakfast buffet is too bare, and the service could really use a serious overhaul. Has potential, but really needs to be developed. Labuan itself is quiet and it costs RM35.00 oneway to town - the resort must be well equipped under these circumstances. This resort has nothing to offer. We stayed one day and moved out.
