We had booked 2 rooms and wanted to enjoy 2 night stay at the hotel but was horrible to find that my friend rear tyre is stolen in the basement carpark. The hotel security denies responsibilty. Even worst, the hotel manager dare not talk to us. Worst hotel in KL.

One must not confuse this hotel with the prestigious Mandarin Oriental. What a difference! With respect, the Mandarin Hotel is located in a scummy area.
