1) Sewerage smell from drains constantly.
2) Toilet didn’t work properly.
3) Very old scratched, chipped furniture.
4) Old TV no colour no stations.
5) Very noisy we could hear the people
Next door have a normal conversation.
6) Booked an extra bed paid for it never received it no refund.
7) No safe in rooms.
8) Fridge had a bit of timber glued to it as a handle.
9) The free meal was a set menu that you wouldn’t feed your dog and in the dining room was a beautiful buffet.
10) Were to get free breakfast for all, but one coupon per room was given I was sick of explaining.
11) The phone wouldn’t work.
12) Power points old and dangerous had to leave the room from electrical wires burning in the roof.
13) No hot water.
14) The rooms the call deluxe are very poor standard rooms extremely basic.
15) Sick of walking up and down stairs to go anywhere.
16) The staff on the floors is very helpful but on the main desk if you have a complaint they dismiss you and don’t want to know very rude all I got was “sorry” and they walked away. I have been to Bali many times and never stayed at place like this looks good on the net but in reality very bad many other places to stay in this area.
17) I AM VERY SORRY I PAID TO STAY IN A PLACE LIKE THIS.
