Sunset over Jimbaran Bay Make sure you catch the magnificent sunset, unmatched in all its glory.

eating out on the beach we tried this one night and were frakly very disappointed. theprice charged for lobsters were only 15% less than at the hotel - hardly worth it considering the way everything is served up.

Spa Excursions and Getting a Driver I had my trusty Lonely Planet to guide me through the spas and here's my take on them: a) Jari Menari in Seminyak is the best, both in value and in quality of massage--I went twice! b) Spa Hati is my close second with its beautiful rice paddy location--aslo great value c) avoid the Prana Spa which was supremely over priced, undermanned and massage-wise was just so-so. Massages are highly personal experiences but I felt the therapist here was rushing and when I checked my watch after, she was indeed! About getting a driver--YES IT IS A GOOD IDEA. My first day was spent with a tour group and all we did was go to tourist traps--woodcarver with huge factories, native artists, silver works, you get the drift. My second day, I had scheduled a driver and we were able to go all the places I wanted to with no rush or pressure. Check out Dean of DriverswithDistinction.com...I had his friend Herry to drive for me and we were able to do Ubud Market, 2 galleries, temples/dinner/cecak in one day!
