We went to Vizag too visiting Annavaram. As we couldn't find a good hotel near the temple, we stayed at Daspalla hotel. It was very excellent experience staying at Daspalla hotel. Complimentary break fast over there is really great. We enjoyed the food over there. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. They have the transport service also which is also helpful for us to avail for visiting nearby places. I referred this hotel for many of friends who visit Vizag.
